General Construction Superintendent - Experience includes coordinating materials & sub-contractors, employee supervision, site layout, form work, rebar, concrete, metal buildings, metal stud framing, drywall hanging & finishing, acoustical ceilings, computer flooring, doors & windows, EIFS, heavy equipment, exterior panel systems, demolition, and carpentry.
Construction Superintendent - Drywall - Management of Drywall Construction on five Condominium Projects which included the planning, management, and hiring and firing of work force, all aspects of materials management, and change control. Scope of projects included layout, framing metal studs, hanging of sheet rock, finishing sheet rock, framing acoustical ceilings, lay in ceiling tile, and EIFS systems.
Construction Forman - 3 years of experience on various construction projects.
Greg Williams - Vice President of Operations
Twenty-five years of Technical Operations experience with Chevron-Texaco. Supported SAP ALE, EDI functionality and ABAP programming for the $200 million e-Foundation Project converting large legacy systems to SAP. Managed Cost Benefit analysis and various Logistics & Trading computer applications. Designed, programmed and implemented the EDI capability for the new regulatory reporting system. Provided technical support for the Chevron USA Finance programming staff of 200. Responsible for a staff of nine analysts that supported the Master Data, Accounting and Reporting functions of Chevron's purchasing and inventory system.
